Ingredients For Oats Appam

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add oats powder, semolina, curd, salt and mix well.
  • 2. Keep rest for 5 minutes.
  • 3. In a pan add oil heat it up add mustard seeds.
  • 4. Add chopped onion and saute it.
  • 5. Add chopped capsicum and cook for 2 minutes.
  • 6. Pour the veggies mixture into the batter.
  • 7. Add black pepper and mix well.
  • 8. Grease the appe Pan with oil.
  • 9. Now add eno fruit salt into the batter and mix slightly.
  • 10. Pour the batter into the appe pan.
  • 11. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame.
  • 12. After 3 minute turn the side and cook for more 2 minutes.
  • 13. Now our oats appam cooked properly.
  • 14. Serve with tomato ketchup or coconut chutney.
