This is a guilt free chat that is baked and not fried.. and with lots of protiens which we get from Lobia(black eyed beans).
This papadi is with oats and is baked not fried.
1.
Mix oats wheat flour ghee and curds with required water to make a soft dough. Roll out small disc,poke with fork and preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place it on a butter paper or silicon sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Oats Papdi is ready.
2.
Now top this with salted lobia then a salad of cucumber onion with salt. Then top this off with curd mixed with green chutney and sweet chutney.Add sev and coriander and grated beetroot for garnish.
