First dry roast the peanuts on low flame for 2 minutes then add chilli powder amchur and salt and sprinkle water over it so that it mix well or another option is to mix chilli powder amchur and salt it water and sprinkle that water over the peanuts let the flame be on.

Roast it on medium flame till the peanuts start to crackle. Once it starts crackling switch off the flame and put it on plate to cool once it cools it will become crispy then you can serve as a tea time snack.
