You may omit the use of green colour.

Ingredients For PAAN COCONUT LADDU

Methods
  • 1. Wash and clean paan leaves thoroughly.
  • 2. Remove the main stalk and chop them finely.
  • 3. In a pan add condensed milk, paan leaves, green food colour and desiccated coconut and cook on low flame.
  • 4. Mix well, till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
  • 5. Switch off the flame.
  • 6. In a bowl, add gulkand and chopped dry fruits and mix well.
  • 7. Take a small portion of paan mixture and flatten with thumb and place a bit of gulkand and dry fruits mixture inside and roll between your hands to give it a shape of balls like laddoos.
  • 8. Roll the laddoos in desiccated coconut and serve on paan leaves with little bit of gulkand on top.
