Ingredients For PANEER COCONUT GRAVY RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Dry roast the whole coriander seeds, whole cumin seeds and whole red chilly.
  • 2. Heat butter in a pan, add ginger garlic and cook for two to three minutes.
  • 3. Now add grated coconut and cook for few minutes.
  • 4. Add chopped onion and cook until transparent.
  • 5. Make a paste of roasted spices,fried ginger,garlic and onion.
  • 6. Marinate the paneer with this paste and salt for half an hour.
  • 7. Heat butter in a pan ,add finely chopped onion and cook until transparent.
  • 8. Add chopped tomato and salt and mix well.
  • 9. Add garam masala powder and cook for three to four minutes.
  • 10. Add marinated paneer and one cup of water and cook on a medium flame for five to seven minutes.
  • 11. Serve hot.
