Ingredients For PANEER KORMA WITH JEERA RICE RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. For paneer korma soak poppy seeds and cashew nuts for an hour.
  • 2. Make a paste of poppy seeds,cashew nuts,ginger garlic,cloves,cinnamon,cardamon,black pepper and cumin seeds.
  • 3. Also make the paste of tomato.
  • 4. Heat oil in a pan,add sliced onion and saute for 3 - 4 minutes until transparent.
  • 5. Add ground spices and saute.
  • 6. Add tomato paste and mix well..
  • 7. Add coriander powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and curd and saute for 3 - 4 minutes.
  • 8. Pour one cup of water and salt and bring to boil.
  • 9. Once boiled add paneer cubes and cook for 3 - 4 minutes.
  • 10. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with jeera rice.
  • 11. For jeera rice take clarified butter in a pan.
  • 12. Wash the gobindbhog rice and spread in the plate.
  • 13. Add cumin seeds to crackle.
  • 14. Now add rice and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
  • 15. Add salt and water and cook in a high flame when it comes to boil cover the lid and cook for ten minutes.
  • 16. Serve with paneer korma.
