Methods
  • 1. GRIND OVERNIGHT SOAKED WHOLE GREEN MOONG DAL WITH GINGER AND GREEN CHILLI.
  • 2. AFTER GRINDING, ADD SALT, RED CHILLY POWDER AND RICE POWDER.
  • 3. MIX PROPERLY AND ADD 1/2 GLASS WATER.
  • 4. GREASE THE PAN AND WITH THE HELP OF A BIG SPOON SPREAD THE BATTER EVENLY.
  • 5. SPREAD GRATED PANEER, CHOPPED CHILLY AND CORIANDER AND SALT MIXTURE ON IT.
  • 6. ROAST ON PAN FROM BOTH SIDES.
