Ingredients For Paya Soup "kharode Ka Soup" Recipe

  • 1. Wash the lamb trotters well.
  • 2. Now in a pressure cooker, add the ghee and then add Cumin seeds, mix well then add the lamb trotters.
  • 3. Keep stirring on a medium flame until the trotters are roasted well and dark in color.
  • 4. Add 7-8 cups of water and close the lid of the cooker on medium flame give around 20 whistles.
  • 5. Trotters take a lot of time to get tender, you can even give around 15 whistles and then check to see if the trotters have become soft if not then give more whistles.
  • 6. Before serving add Coriander and a few drops of lemon juice.
