Methods
  • 1. Heat clarified butter in a pan,and roast makhana till crispy.
  • 2. Once cooled, make powder.
  • 3. Dry roast the peanuts and make a powder.
  • 4. Heat sugar and water in a pan to make two sting consistency.
  • 5. Add mawa,peanuts powder,makhana powder and cardamom powder and mix well.
  • 6. Pour the mixture on a grease plate.
  • 7. Once cooled, make ladoo
