Ingredients For PEANUTS SUNDAL RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Soak peanuts for two hours and pressure cook for two whistles.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 3. Add grated ginger and green chilly saute for one minutes.
  • 4. Add boiled peanuts and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
  • 5. Add salt,amchur powder,red chilli powder,black pepper powder and mix well.
  • 6. Add reserved water.
  • 7. Add coriander leaves and fresh grated coconut and mix well.
  • 8. Serve with tea.
