Ingredients For Peas Dhokla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grind pea Ginger and Chilly to a paste. Add chickpea curd sugar salt oil and baking soda and cooking soda or eno and mix till the eno is mixed.
  • 2. Add all the above mixture in a bowl . Except the tempering items Mix well till all are combined together.
  • 3. Then steam the dhokla batter for 15 mins then rest for 5 mins n open the steamer vessel.
  • 4. Temper with oil rai till hing Curry leaves and garnish with Coriander.
