Methods
  • 1. Take all purpose flour,semolina,clarified butter,carom seeds,onion seeds and salt and mix well.
  • 2. Make a crumb like texture.
  • 3. Knead a soft dough and keep aside for 30 mins.
  • 4. Boil potatoes,peel and crush them.
  • 5. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
  • 6. Add cumin seeds to crackle.
  • 7. Add ginger,garlic paste,green,coriander powder,red chilly powder, and turmeric powder and mix well.
  • 8. Add boiled n crushed potatoes and salt and roasted cumin seeds powder and saute for one mins.
  • 9. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
  • 10. Now stuffing is ready.
  • 11. Let it cool.
  • 12. Now roll a dough just like chapati.
  • 13. Spread the potato stuffing and roll it and seal the edges.
  • 14. Keep in the fridge for one hour
  • 15. Heat enough oil in a pan.
  • 16. Cut the pin wheel samosa into small pieces
  • 17. Place the samosa,lower the heat and fry till light brown.
  • 18. Serve the pin wheel samosa with tea.
  • 19. Enjoy
