Ingredients For POHA AND MATAR RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Heat the pan with enough oil and deep fry poha and drain in paper napkin. Keep aside.
  • 2. Again heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds to crackle
  • 3. Add onion and fry till brown.
  • 4. Add ginger garlic paste and saute.
  • 5. .Add green peas n saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
  • 6. Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder,salt and pepper n saute.
  • 7. Add tomato and 1/2 cup of water on high heat for 3 - 4 minutes then lower the heat.
  • 8. Cook covered for 5 minutes.
  • 9. Add fresh coriander leaves.
  • 10. Serve hot matar with poha.
