1.
Peeled and grate the boiled potato,dry roast the peanuts and make a powder.

Take a bowl combine potatoes,wheat flour,salt,cumin seeds,green chilly,roasted peanuts powder and coriander leaves and mix well.

Add some water and make a mixture. Heat clarified butter in a pan and place the potato,wheat flour mixture and cook in a medium flame for five minutes each sides until golden brown and crisp.
