Methods
  • 1. Take a wooden skewer and place a potato into it now take a knife and cut it make sure you do not end up till the whole potato is cut down. Cut and keep rotating the skewer.
  • 2. Now keep it aside in water for sometime.
  • 3. Now in a bowl add All purpose Flour ,cornflour, chat masala 1/2 tsp , kashmiri powder, salt and slowly and gradually add water to make a thin batter out of it.
  • 4. Now coat the potato tornado with this mixture.
  • 5. Heat up oil and deep fry the tornadoes.
  • 6. Now in a fresh bowl add red chilli powder , chat masala and cumin powder and give it a mix.
  • 7. Sprinkle the masala over the tornado and serve it with tomato sauce.
