Aloo Pyaz Pakora is a famous North Indian snack recipe. These crispy pakoras are best served with green chutney and hot tea. Onion adds a unique flavour to these pakoras while potato gives a tasty crunch. You can make these pakoras spicier by adding some chopped green chilies or crushed red chilies. If you like very crispy pakoras, add 2 tablespoons of rice flour and one teaspoon of semolina, Maize flour or sooji. You must ensure that the batter is not too thick.
