Ingredients For Pudina poha (satvik) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First dry roast the sesame seeds and keep aside. Then make a paste of pudina and green chilli with little salt and sugar for the colour not to change and keep aside. Then heat oil in kadai add the mustard seeds and hing to it. To this add the pudina paste and roasted sesame seed and saute for a minute. Then add the poha and salt to it mix well and add lemon juice and serve with raita.
