Ingredients For Pull Apart Cheese Garlic Bread Recipe !!

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl take warm water, add sugar and stir it. Then add yeast to it. Mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes for yeast to get activated.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, take wheat flour. Add salt and garlic powder. Mix well. Then add yeast mixture to flour and mix well. Add warm water if required to make soft dough. Knead dough well for around 10 to 12 minutes to make soft and smooth dough. Keep dough in greased bowl, cover with damp cloth and keep it in a warm place for an hour or so for proofing.
  • 3. After an hour, punch the dough to remove air. Sprinkle some flour and again knead the dough for few minutes. Transfer the dough in greased baking tin and again keep in warm place for second proofing. Once it doubles, bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade..
  • 4. Let bread cool down. Make cuts around one inches in the bread (horizontal and vertical).
  • 5. In small bowl, take room temperature butter. Add chopped garlic and coriander leaves. Mix well. Stuff this garlic butter mixture in cuts. Then stuff with grated cheese and again spread garlic butter mixture on bread. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and mixed herbs if you want. Again bake bread in an preheated oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 10 to 15 minutes or till cheese melts.
