Use food grade string to tie the buns.Let the dough rise well.

Ingredients For Pumpkin Buns Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take the pumpkin,peel cut and make a puree.we need ½ cup.
  • 2. Take the flour, add the brown sugar,cinnamon pwdr,butter &yeast.
  • 3. Whisk the dry ingredients.
  • 4. Add the pumpkin puree and add very little water &knead a dough.
  • 5. Make sure the dough is firm.Use water as much needed.
  • 6. Grease the dough & let it rise for 45 minutes.
  • 7. After 45 minutes the dough must have doubled in size.
  • 8. Punch the dough and remove the air.
  • 9. Divide the dough into equal parts.
  • 10. Place 1 cheese cube between each dough ball and seal it.
  • 11. Take a string and tie it around the dough ball so as to give pumpkin shape,image attached for reference.
  • 12. Once the string is tied on all the dough balls,milk wash the buns.
  • 13. Preheat the oven to 180⁰ c and bake the buns for 25 minutes.
  • 14. Serve warm as it is or with some Jam.
