Methods
  • 1. Mix all the ingredients written above and make a soft dough
  • 2. Make a soft dough
  • 3. Then knead the dough for around 6-7 minutes to increase elasticity
  • 4. Then cover the dough with a wet cloth and rest it for 1 hour for fermentation
  • 5. After one hour make small pieces of dough
  • 6. And give them the shape of round flat bread
  • 7. Then apply water on one side and sprinkle coriander and kalonji on it and press gently
  • 8. Then also apply water on other side and place it on the hot pan for 3-4 minutes . Cook till both side till golden brown
