Ingredients For Pyazi fateer nan Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Put yeast and sugar in water and leave it for dissolving.
  • 2. Put salt in maida and then put the dissolved yeast and milk and prepare a soft dough.
  • 3. Now take the dough in a utensil,then cover it with a clean wrap or cloth,and leave it for 2 hours.
  • 4. After 2 hours knead the dough again and roll it to a thin and big shape.
  • 5. Now apply butter over the thin layer and put thin onion slices over it. Then fold it later by layer and roll it again.
  • 6. Now put it in oven at 200° c temperature for 10-12 minutes and bake it.
  • 7. After taking it out apply butter over it. And then serve it with dal
