Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add quinoa, salt, pepper, besan, water and knead it in a dough.
  • 2. Now roll it on na table by rolling pin then cut it by knife in pasta shape.
  • 3. Take a pan on a medium flame and put some oil in it.
  • 4. Add onion in it and saute it for a minute then add ketchup, oregano in it and mix it well.
  • 5. Add pasta in it and saute it for a minute.
  • 6. Quinoa pasta is ready to serve.
