Ingredients For Radish Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl take wheat flour add salt
  • 2. 2 Tspn oil in that. Add water as required to knead smooth dough.
  • 3. Now apply 1 tspn oil over dough and keep aside for 20 minutes.
  • 4. Wash radish and grate it.
  • 5. Now squeeze it and remove excess water from it. You can use this water to knead dough.
  • 6. In a bowl take wheat flour add salt
  • 7. 2 Tspn oil in that. Add water as required to knead smooth dough.
  • 8. Now apply 1 tspn oil over dough and keep aside for 20 minutes.
  • 9. Now in squeezed radish add red chilli powder, cumin-ajwain-green chilli paste, salt, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
  • 10. Now take small dough roll it little and fill the radish mixture. Now close this with help of hands, deep in flour and make Paratha.
  • 11. Heat pan and on low to medium flame cook Paratha. Apply oil on both sides. Cook till both sides becomes golden brown.
  • 12. Tasty Paratha is ready to serve. You can serve Mooli Paratha with pickle and curd.
