Ingredients For Ragi mango cake with jaggery powder Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First roast the ragi flour then mix all dry ingredients make a well and then slowly incorporate all milk oil and vanilla essence.
  • 2. Then make mango purée and incorporate that after adding oil and mix well.Then add water to it and make a smooth cake batter and put it at 200 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes based on oven. Make sure you preheat the oven for ten minutes at same temperature. Enjoy guilt free cake.
