Ingredients For Ragi Pudding with Yakult Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First roast the ragi flour on low flame for 3 to 4 mins. Now add salt and brown sugar to it and give it a good mix. Then add water and make a smooth batter.
  • 2. Now add the cocoa powder(optional) and whisk it well. Now in a pan heat milk and gradually add ragi mixture to it. Mix till it thickens. Then add the rest of the milk and keep stirring it. Keep it in the fridge and chill till you'd want to serve.
  • 3. Just before serving, add chopped banana and dilute it with 1 bottle of Yakult. Serve chilled.
