Ingredients For Ragjira Flour and Multi Flour with Dosa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. To make batter mix all the different flours with water and salt well and rest it for half hour then take a squeeze bottle and pour the batter into it and make round like a web and pour oil on the dosa and cook on both sides on a hot tawa. It’s ready serve with apple relish and stew.
  • 2. Apple relish recipe. Cut both the apples into small pieces then add sugar pinch of salt, cinnamon powder, and chilli powder and cook well. When done switch off the flame add lime juice and garnish with coriander. serve with dosa.
  • 3. Stew: First heat oil in Kadai add the mustard seeds onions and green chilli and cook well. Once done add all the veggies and cook well with salt. Once all veggies are cooked add the 1/2 cup milk and keep a mixture of cornstarch and 3 tablespoons of milk ready. Once done add the mixture to the veggies with milk and boil till it becomes thick. Lastly add cinnamon powder and cardamom powder and serve with dosa.
