Ingredients For Rajma Chaat with Makai Nachos Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil overnight soaked Rajma first & then roughly mashed it.
  • 2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add chopped onion & green chilli. Saute it for a while.
  • 3. Then add boiled & mashed Rajma , sugar, salt & all spices.Cook it for few minutes & then switch off the flame.
  • 4. Make a dough of maize flour, a tsp of oil & pinch of salt. Make a slightly hard dough.
  • 5. Then take a portion from dough & roll it like roti. Cut triangular shape from roti & deep fry it.
  • 6. In a mixing bowl, mix cooked Rajma, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, green chilli .Mix it well.
  • 7. Take a serving plate now.Put the Rajma Chaat on it.Spread all sauces & pepper powder.Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
  • 8. Surround the chaat with makki nachoes & serve.
