Ram Phal belongs to the same family of custard apple (seetha phal) Its very sweet and delicous like custard apple and has less seeds compared to custard Apple.
How to make Ram Phal double chocolate muffins Recipe

First deseed the fruit. The tip here is dip your finger in cold water then take out the skin from the seed. Then collect all the pulp from the fruit and mash well with fingers.

Then add maida, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, salt, cocoa powder, and mix well then slowly incorporate the milk vinegar and oil and mix well.

Now grease 4 muffin moulds well with oil and pour one teaspoon of the batter in each then sprinkle the cooking chocolate over it then pour in one more teaspoon of the batter over it then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes..
