Ingredients For Rabdi filled Saviya katori Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Rabdi.......Heat milk in heavy bottom pan. Add sugar. Boil till it becomes thick as Rabdi.
  • 2. Saviya Heat ghee in a pan add saviya and fry till brown.
  • 3. Add milk add sugar and boil till all milk dry.
  • 4. Cover it and leave for for 15 minutes.
  • 5. Now fill the saviya in muffins mould. Press it make hole in between.
  • 6. Take out from muffins fill top with rabri.
  • 7. Decorate with almond.
