Some creative thought of using vermicelli as the base mimicking a birds nest with mini bombs of rasgulla within. Vibrant play of colours for the dressing with cherry and mint leaf.

Take pan add butter and vermicelli together and roast it until its turn brownish in color it take 10 minutes on low flame than add milk in it when vermicelli soaks milk properly.

Add condensed milk in it mix it well.

Then shape into a nest using bowl. At least 3 nest can be prepared keep these bowls in refrigerate for 5 minutes. Remove nest from bowl and keep aside.

On the other side take pan add sugar and water in it and put on low flame gas take large bowl add chenna and corn flour knead till smooth.

Shape into small balls boil in sugar syrup for 15 minutes. Refrigerate till its chill.
6.
Take nest and add rasgullas,mint leaves cherries pour condensed milk on it.your bird nest rasgullas are ready to eat.
