Methods
  • 1. First of all boil 1-1/2 litre milk.
  • 2. Now in a bowl add water and lemon juice in equal amout.
  • 3. Than add lemon water in milk and stir till curdles completely.
  • 4. Squeeze off the excess water and wash the chhena aur paneer with water and squeeze off water completely.
  • 5. Knead the paneer for 10-15 min.
  • 6. Make small bolls of paneer and fletten with palm and keep aside.
  • 7. Now
  • 8. in a pan add 1 cup of sugar and 4 cups of water And bring it to boil.
  • 9. Add paneer balls in boiling sugar syrup and cook for 10 mins and switch off the flame
  • 10. Now in a pan add 2/3 litre milk and bring it to boil for 5-10 minutes.
  • 11. Than add cardamom powder
  • 12. saffron threads
  • 13. and yellow food colour.
  • 14. Add pistachioes and almond.
  • 15. Than add 1/4 cup of sugar and boil for 5 minutes
  • 16. Let cool rabadi and rasgullas comletely.
  • 17. Squeez off the syrup of rasgullas and add rasgullas in rabadi.
  • 18. Now allow rasgullas to absorb rabadi for 2 hours.
  • 19. Serve chilled.
