Ingredients For RAVA CRISPY DOSA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Add curd,suji.rice flour,salt,red chilly powder and one cup of water and grind them to a smooth batter.
  • 2. It should be pouring consistency.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan and temper the above listed ingredients.
  • 4. Add this tempered mixture in the batter and mix well.
  • 5. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 6. Now spread a laddle full of batter evenly and cover it.
  • 7. Drizzle some oil and cook until its golden brown.
  • 8. Cook other side as well.
  • 9. Serve hot with garlic chutney and green chutney.
