Ingredients For Rice rasgulla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take rice and rava in a grinder. Grind into sticky paste.
  • 2. Take a bowl, add all purpose flour ,cornflour and 1 tbsp ghee. Mix well. Knead the dough. Grease hands and make small round balls (rasgulla).
  • 3. In a pan add sugar and water and boil for 10 minutes .Now add rasgullas in the sugar syrup and boil until get soft and fluffy .
  • 4. Checkk them .Once done allow it to cool down and keep in the refrigerator. Serve chilled.
