Ingredients For ROASTED MAKHANA

Methods
  • 1. Heat butter in a pan.
  • 2. Add black mustard seeds/rai to splutter.
  • 3. Add curry leaves and whole red chilly.
  • 4. Add roasted peanuts and roasted bengal gram and mix well.
  • 5. Add makhana and stir constantly for 5 - 6 minutes.
  • 6. Add salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
  • 7. Once cooled,keep in the air tight container.
