Methods
  • 1. Boil the milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
  • 2. When it's boiled add the 2 tbsp rose syrup and lemon juice and cover the milk.
  • 3. After a few minutes milk is fully curdled.
  • 4. Strain the milk in a muslin cloth.
  • 5. And hung the paneer in a muslin cloth for half an hour.
  • 6. Now we get soft paneer.
  • 7. We mashed the paneer very well and make a soft and smooth dough.
  • 8. Divide the dough in 12 equal size balls.
  • 9. Roll each balls between your palms.
  • 10. All the balls are made in the same way.
  • 11. Now we take pan and add sugar, three cup of water,3 tbsp rose syrup and also add the paneer balls.
  • 12. Once boiled simmer the gas for ten minutes and cover the lid.
  • 13. Turn off the flame.
  • 14. The rose rasgulla should be floating in the syrup and its size should be double.
  • 15. Add rose water and serve chilled.
