Ingredients For Rumali Roti Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Add all the ingredients in bowl.
  • 2. Add salt.
  • 3. 2 spoon oil and Lukewarm milk to knead a soft dough.
  • 4. Add milk as required.
  • 5. 1 spoon oil and knead 15 minutes.
  • 6. Soft dough. Rest for 20 minutes.
  • 7. Take a small sized ball. Dust with Flour. flatten with your hands.
  • 8. Roll Thin. Make sure the edges are thin.
  • 9. Stretch Little.(Shake off excess flour)
  • 10. Take Kadai or tawa. When Bubbles starts then flip the roti. Cook on low Flame.
  • 11. Press Slightly with kitchen Towel...fold carefully.
