Make sure the sauce is thick and not runny. You can refrigrate the pattice before frying to retain the shape.

  • 1. Boil boneless chicken along with salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, and water . Reserve the stock.
  • 2. Shread the chicken.
  • 3. Heat oil and fry the chicken, add the tandoori and the tikka masala and fry the chicken.
  • 4. Add the carrots and fry that too.
  • 5. Prepare the white sauce, heat the butter add the curry leaves.
  • 6. Add the flour and saute the flour till golden brown.
  • 7. Add the stock and milk and whisk completely to form a smooth sauce.
  • 8. Add the chicken mixture, let the mixture cool.
  • 9. Then form into pattice. Roll the pattice into the sevvaiyya.
  • 10. Beat the eggs along with salt pepper and red chilli powder.
  • 11. Dip the pattice into the egg mixture.
  • 12. Fry the pattice on medium hot oil till golden brown on both the sides.
  • 13. Serve hot along with some sauce and onion rings.
