Ingredients For SABUDANA KE DAHI VADE RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Soak sabudana for two hours.
  • 2. To make a powder of roasted peanuts:
  • 3. Add boiled and mashed potato,green coriander leaves,green chilly,grated ginger,pudina leaves,sendha salt and roasted peanuts powder and mix well.
  • 4. To make a vada shape and deep fry in hot oil until golden and crispy
  • 5. Take a bowl and place the sabudana vada.
  • 6. Add beaten curd,sprinkle salt,red chilly powder,roasted cumin seeds powder and tamarind chutney.
  • 7. Garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.
