Ingredients For Sabudana kheer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Now take a heavy bottom pan and add milk for boil.
  • 2. Keep stirring milk boiling until it reduces to half in quantity.
  • 3. Now add sugar, soaked sabudana and mix well.
  • 4. Boil for sometime till Sabudana become soft and transparent.
  • 5. Now add crushed cardamom and Mix well and cook until it becomes thick.
  • 6. Now cool down to the room temperature and then put in refrigerator.
  • 7. Now serve chilled sabudana kheer for this Navratri.
