Methods
  • 1. Dry roast the sabudana for two minutes.
  • 2. Soak sago / sabudana for 2 hours and strain it.
  • 3. Whisk the curd.
  • 4. Add roasted and crushed cumin seeds,sendha salt,sugar and mix well.
  • 5. Add green chilly, sabudana,roasted peanuts powder and coriander leaves and mix well.
  • 6. Garnish with roasted peanuts,pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves.
  • 7. Serve chilled.
