Ingredients For Satvik pulao with chole masala

Methods
  • 1. For rice : Wash the rice and keep aside . Take a cooker add 2 spoons of ghee and add the kada masala and then jeera saunf . Now add the rice and roast it for two mins.Add the cut veggies then a paste of coconut green chilli ginger and coriander. Close and cook for 3 whistles.
  • 2. For Chole Masala: Take a on add ghee then kada masala jeera saunf then tomato purée and cook well.
  • 3. Now add cooked and boiled channa. Add salt and chole masala and cook for 5 minutes.
