Ingredients For SCHEZWAN PANEER RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Deseed the red chilly and soak in a warm water for half an hour and make a paste.
  • 2. Marinate paneer with corn flour,all purpose flour, salt, black pepper little amount of water to make thick batter.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the marinated paneer cubes and strain it.
  • 4. Again heat one tbsp oil in a pan,add ginger garlic and saute for one minutes now add onion and saute until transparent.
  • 5. Add red chilly paste and mix well,add soy sauce and tomato sauce and mix well.
  • 6. Add salt and sugar and mix.
  • 7. Add paneer cubes and cook for five minutes,turn off the flame.
  • 8. Serve hot with fried rice or chow mein.
