Methods
  • 1. Mix all purpose flour, cream and milk to form a smooth lump free batter.
  • 2. Fry mini malpuas in hot ghee at low flame till crisp golden brown.
  • 3. Heat ghee in a pan and roast semolina and gram flour in it at low flame till golden brown and aromatic.
  • 4. Add 1 cup water, sugar, soaked saffron with continuous stirring.
  • 5. Let it boil and reduce. Add chopped nuts and cardamom powder to it and sheera is ready.
  • 6. Assemble both of them together and serve hot.
