If u want u can add warm water in pulav and take only 1 whistle on medium flame.u can mix all spices and curd and marinate it for 1 hour so it will gives u more better taste.

Methods
  • 1. Wash rice and add some water and keep it side.Take pressure cooker add washed mutton add 1/2 spoon salt and keep on medium flame take 1 whistle and on slow flame take 1 whistle and take out from cooker keep same cooker in medium flame.
  • 2. Add ghee let it get warm now add Shahi jeera. cloves, black papper, tezpatta, both elaychi, dalchini and fry it.
  • 3. Now add chopped onion and green chillies and fry it till get golden. Now add ginger garlic paste and mix it.
  • 4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Now add curd and mix it well.
  • 5. Now add mint and coriander leaves and mix it. Now put boiled mutton and soaked rice in it mix it well.
  • 6. Add water approx 1 glass or more 1/2 cup add salt and cover lid. Take 1 whistle on medium flame. Now turn on slow flame and cook it for next 2-3 minutes.
  • 7. Serve with salad or onion.
