Ingredients For Sinfully Delicious Homemade Mango Mousse!! Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash mangoes and roughly cut into pieces. Make smooth pulp using mixer grinder.
  • 2. Heat up the pan on low flame. Add the mango pulp and add 2 to 3 tbsp of sugar.
  • 3. Continuously stirring on low to medium flame, cook for 4 to 5 mins.
  • 4. Transfer the pulp in a bowl leaving around 2 tbsp in pan. Switch on the flame.
  • 5. Add around 2 tbsp of sugar and water. Mix well and cook further for 1 to 2 mins on low flame.
  • 6. This is our glaze for mousse. Keep aside to cool down. Take chilled whipping cream in chilled bowl.
  • 7. Whip the cream till stiff peak appears. Fill some white whipped cream in a pipping bag and keep it in refrigerator.
  • 8. Add cooked mango pulp to the whipped cream and give it a good mix. Take a mousse glass.
  • 9. Fill 3/4 th glass with mango cream mixture. Pour the prepared glaze on it.
  • 10. Keep the glass in refrigerator for 10 to 15 mins to set. Garnish with white whipped cream, cherry, golden sugar balls and finely chopped mangoes.
  • 11. Again keep in refrigerator for sometime and serve chilled. Enjoy !!
