Ingredients For Sizzling paneer and tofu momos Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Make a soft dough of wheat flour and maida with pinch of salt and 2tbp oil. Rest it for 15 minutes.
  • 2. In a pan add oil roast garlic and onion. Add salt and pepper along with red chilli flakes and coriander powder.
  • 3. Then Roast capsicum with paneer and tofu for atleast 3 minutes. Put the flame off.
  • 4. Make small chappati for momos and fill stuffing seal the corners.
  • 5. Place the momos in steamer or in idli stand for 15-20 minutes.
  • 6. Serve with chilli sauce and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
