Methods
  • 1. Boil soya granules with salt. Drain and squeeze water.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and saute till it turns golden brown on medium flame.
  • 3. Add chopped tomatoes and green chillies. Let it cook till it turns soft.
  • 4. Add spices and saute for a minute. Now add soya granules and mix well.
  • 5. Add little water and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes on slow flame.
  • 6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
