1.
Soak China grass in half cup boiling water for 5 minutes.

Mix the strawberries with 2 tbsp and 1 tbsp water. Heat it on low flame. When it becomes soft remove from heat.

Blend it n drain it.

Heat milk add the remaining sugar stir it till sugar melts then add sweet condensed milk.stir it on low flame.

At the same time melt the soaked China grass over boiling water without any lumps.

Add this to the milk and condensed milk mix. Stir it well. Add 3 tbsp strawberry syrup and mix it well. Remove from heat. Pour it into a pudding mould.
7.
Refrigerate it for15 minutes. Unmould it and decorate it with strawberry syrup .
