Cooking with the available stuffs during lockdown is a much-needed skill for every homemaker. At the same time, feeding not only delicious & attractive but also healthy & nutritious food all the time to the whole family is also important. Breakfast has a greater role & if you make satisfying breakfast, then the rest of the day will be easy compared to unfilled breakfast. So here is an idea to serve your family the best. I used whole wheat, rice & fresh sweet corn as they were available at home. Adding vegetables such as cucumber, ash gourd, spinach, etc while grinding dosa batter not only makes attractive but also nutrients in a hidden way. Thus making it kids friendly!
Refrigerate the left over batter to make dosa later. Do not ferment the batter.
