Tandoori roti is very famous bread which u can have with any kind of gravy or dal it's taste yumiii and it's so easy I made it on tawa but it realy taste well when it's cook in bhatti
1.
Take bowl add flour,baking powder ,salt,sugar and mix it well
2.
Now add ghee and yogurt and mix it well
3.
Add some water and knead thick dough not so smooth nor hard keep it in rest for 10-15 min
4.
After 15 min knead it for 4-5 min and divide it into equal portion and make balls of it
5.
Spread some flour on board take 1 ball and flatten it for 6-7 cm
6.
Keep tawa on medium flame some water 1 side of roti and place it on tawa make sure the side u have applied water that should be u keep on tawa then flip it and bake it till it get some how hard
7.
Make all tandoori roti same as it is.and serve hot with gravy or dal
